Return & Refund Policy

At Wearzen, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read the following information carefully before initiating any request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Note that cancellation requests cannot be honored once the order has entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the return results from our error.

The timing of your refund depends on your payment provider's processing time. Credit card refunds typically appear within one billing cycle. We recommend contacting your card issuer or payment provider if you have questions about their specific policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the transaction. If your refund still does not appear, please contact your payment provider as they may be able to provide more detailed information.

If after contacting your payment provider you determine that the refund has not been processed on our end, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please have your order number and refund confirmation email ready when contacting us.
